This task involves :
Searching the internet for local charities and
creating a list of possible candidates.

Prescreening charities following Metrofly's guidelines

Initial Contact

Event Theme Creation and Implementation
Group activity through telephone conference call. Brainstorming
for event theme and interactive games

Explaning game rules and setting up at events
about 3hrs/mo
Reporting to Joe Varghese-Director of event theme planning

Food and Beverage Procurement
Searching the internet for local food and beverage suppliers, caterers, or bar and
restaurants and compiling contact lists
about 5hrs/wk, anytime
Stuffing envelopes and mailing introduction letters to potential sponsors
about 2hrs/wk, anytime
Reporting to Jason Housman-Director of Product Procurement
